Uninterrupted operation of the largest combined-cycle gas unit 427 MW Berezovskaya GRES is possible only under the condition of reliable operation of booster gas compressors. Timely maintenance of high-tech Cameron ™ 1R1MSGPB-3RCG/30 compressors was performed by the engineering team of the Generation direction in cooperation with their manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand Industrial Ireland Limited, as well as our partners OJSC Belenergoremnaladka.

Original spare parts from equipment manufacturers were used in the repair.

Maintenance of the control system, crankcases, spiral chambers, pipelines and compressor impellers, intermediate and additional coolers, lubrication system, electric drives, control valves have been performed.

For the Customer, every day of downtime saved by this highly economical unit is valuable, and we coped with this task brilliantly, performing its maintenance in just 7 days.
